Yay! The buttons are here! And soon, a steamy "Team" contest. Well, maybe not so steamy in the way your dirty minds are thinking ;) This is Steampunk, after all. Destiny's Fire Blog Tour & Updates!

Hey guys! I know everyone is gearing up for Thanksgiving, and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with the fam and friends! But I'd like to shout out the official blog tour for DESTINY'S FIRE real quick. Julie (who rocks! Love this girl) at A Tale of May Reviews, is hosting the tour here, and ARCs are being provided by my publisher, Omnific Publishing. Cuteness!

Amber from WinterHaven Books sent me the cutest book marks! She made these herself for an event she's doing with kids. And, I don't know about the kids, but I ADORE pink, so I had to have one =) She's super sweet to send them, and as you can see, I used them recently in reading Jessie's DESTINED. Not only are they cute, but they are functional, which is important to readers ha! Just thought I'd share. I love the cuteness!

Going on Subs . . .

So, yeah. I totally stink. I know I've been gone a lot. Not keeping up with blog posts, reviews at YA Bound, social networks. I believe some Twitter folks think I've kicked the bucket. But, it's just been so crazy getting ready to have a book release in January, while also trying to write/edit the new MS for my agent, and read review books, host blog tours, not to mention I have critique partners to read for. And that's just the writer part of my life. Dinners to cook, laundry to wash . . . Whatever. I shouldn't lie. I don't do that other stuff lol.

But, I do have a reason for being MIA, and some news. Are you ready for it??? I've worked super hard, and I'm still working hard (hence the MIA) but I'm nearly there. My awesome agent, Lauren,  let me know this week we are taking the new MS, tentatively titled FIREBLOOD, on submission with editors in . . . wait for it . . . 2 weeks! EEP! *gasp* Sigh. *gulp* Yup. I will officially be on subs in two weeks. Let the crazy nerve-wracking wait commence!

I have some things to finish up here in the next couple of weeks to prepare, but I promise to have the DESTINY'S FIRE Countdown Giveaway up next week!
